There are several ways to participate in our auctions:

In the saleroom: Before bidding at auction you must complete and sign a registration form, when you will be issued with a paddle number. We reserve the right to ask new buyers for identification and may also request references.

Commission bids: We will be pleased to execute bids on behalf of clients who are unable to attend the sale in person, subject to our Conditions of Business. Lots will always be purchased as cheaply as possible, depending on other bids and reserves. This service is offered free of charge and clients are welcome to send their bids by mail, fax, telephone or email. We strongly advise that written bids should be submitted before 6pm on the day before the sale. An Absentee Bidding Form can be downloaded and printed here.

Online bidding: We offer an online bidding service via Bids placed in this way are also subject to our standard Conditions of Business.

Telephone bidding: Please contact us in good time if you wish to arrange telephone bidding. This service is not normally offered for lots with estimates below £500.
